versatile

I love traveling with my ram. I have the weight I need for a full body workout and I can do my recovery rolling all in one without having to bring to much on the road with me.

Perfect Size

The 22lbs. RAM is a great versatile size because it’s heavy enough to feel the burn even in the lower body, but it gives you all you want in the upper body. I typically work with the ram on a Tabata style :30 seconds of work :10 seconds of rest in between with 3-4 rounds.

RAM...results...BAM

I was introduced to RAM by my trainer Ginny Patterson. I started out with an 11...quickly went to 19, 22 and 33. What I like about RAM is that it is a balanced workout. With dumbbells, you can favor one side over the other. With a RAM, it is evenly balanced, and for almost every exercise, your core is engaged as well. The RAMS are solid, well made and can withstand getting dropped, which I have done a few times...lol. You can incorporate a RAM into almost any exercise. Well worth the investment. F.Y.I., I am over 65 and have no problem using RAMS.

I have had the 22 for a while now and still amazed at how versatile it is. Especially great to travel with for workouts and to recover after big workouts!

Unlimited uses

Just love my 22 lb ram. There are so many things to do with it. From Burpees , lunges, wall squats . The 22 lb seems right now to be the most useful weight for me right now but also have the 33 lb, the 44 lb and the 55 lb Ram. Hope to be able to move up in weight once I get accustomed to exercising with the 22 lb.
